7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes such as racing, off-roading, or any dangerous maneuvers. It is prohibited to transport hazardous materials or to sublet the vehicle. Only authorized drivers are permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Adhering to passenger and weight limits is mandatory, as is staying within the specified geographical boundaries.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
